Custom Kitchen and Bath Cabinetry: Integrating Form, Function, and Storage

At wRight Lumber & Millwork, we know that cabinetry serves as the functional heart and visual anchor of every modern luxury residence. When designing kitchens and bathrooms for custom homes in Minnetonka, MN, generic, mass-produced cabinets simply fall short of meeting the rigorous storage demands and aesthetic expectations of discerning homeowners. Our custom cabinetry and millwork division collaborates directly with you, your architect, and your builder to transform high-use interior spaces into seamlessly organized, visually stunning environments.

We elevate cabinet design far beyond simple storage boxes by offering tailor-made architectural solutions designed around your lifestyle:

• Solid hardwood box construction: Precision-milled frames, dovetail drawer joints, and furniture-grade plywood boxes that eliminate warping and ensure decades of structural integrity.
• Smart internal storage systems: Custom pull-out pantry shelves, motorized spice racks, deep utensil dividers, and concealed recycling stations built directly into your kitchen footprint.
• Integrated architectural finishes: Hand-applied stains, custom paint colors, and matching decorative end panels that harmonize with your home's molding, trim, and interior doors.
• Luxury hardware and soft-close mechanisms: Heavy-duty, concealed drawer glides and soft-close hinges designed for effortless, whisper-quiet daily operation.

Designing high-end cabinetry requires balancing spatial flow with specialized craftsmanship. Whether you desire a massive waterfall-edge kitchen island or a spa-inspired primary bath vanity, our 3D drafting and design team develops detailed preliminary renderings before fabrication begins. This meticulous pre-planning ensures that appliance cutouts, plumbing lines, and stone countertop runs align perfectly on site.

When constructing custom homes in Minnetonka, MN, integrating our custom cabinetry line early in your project planning prevents costly site retrofits and installation delays. We oversee every phase of production-from selecting sustainably harvested wood species to coordinating final job site delivery-so your cabinetry arrives safe, pristine, and ready for installation. Explore how our custom fabrication services can transform your primary kitchen, butler's pantry, and bath suites into enduring masterpieces for your new build. Partner with our team to bring unparalleled elegance and practical storage to your custom homes in Minnetonka, MN.
